General Finishes International Design Challenge 2017

Revamped was delighted to win 2nd place in the Smashing Shades of Grey category as part of General Finishes Upcycling Challenge.

With tough competition from the USA and Europe, I was delighted to be recognised for the design and time that went into what is one of my most favourite projects to date.  

To upcycle this plain Mexican pine cabinet, I used GF paint and glazes, along with hand-crafted moulds and stamps from Iron Orchid Design and a glorious full decoupage lining of toile de jouy tissue paper.
