Tung Oil Wood Finish

Fusion's Tung Oil is a 100% pure all natural hardening oil that provides a tough, flexible and highly water-resistant finish. It is food safe, non-toxic and has zero VOCs. Tung oil has been used for centuries and is created by pressing the seeds from the fruit of the Tung tree.

Tung Oil is perfect for exterior and interior furniture, such as outdoor wooden furniture, decks, counter tops and painted wood surfaces. The oil provides a soft lustre with a finish that is unrivalled by many other oils and does not yellow over time.

Allow 2-3 days for it to fully dry when it then becomes food safe.

Tung Oil is the perfect finish over Milk Paint too for interior and exterior wood. 

NB: Allow all cloths used to apply Tung Oil to dry before disposal. Do not store them away. Although Tung Oil is not known to spontaneously combust (like Linseed Oil), caution is advisable and cloths must be disposed of.
